This project included two separate land acquisitions. The Land Bank made a financial contribution to and facilitated a cooperative effort with the Wolfeboro Conservation Commission to purchase land in order to preserve the view of Crescent Lake from Route 28. In the other transaction, the Land Bank facilitated the donation of the adjacent Crescent Lake shorefront view property to the Land Bank.
